JourneyOfMySoul-Monday 19 August 2013

Morning…Hope you are all great on this cloudless beautiful day…Yesterday i went to perform at the Lam Rim Buddhist Centre…it was such a delight to see young energetic sprirts dedicated to their expression…my performance was not a performance to prosper money from…but to give back to those young souls…give hope…it was small in its size but immense in its sentimental significance… the beauty and joy of creation and expression was omnipresent in that hall as we all took in and shared this godly energy….a true delight indeed…

30July 4h30 Expressions of Self Love

Because I retired early last night, trying to listen to my body that was full of flue; I automatically woke up early, at about 2h30

I made sure to start by listening again, even to the rhythm of my breath. Decided to do some self work; alternate nostril breathing, solar plexus activation, listening to BurtHarding’s presentation on the love topic and began to share with those who crossed my mind.

Before I knew it, I was flossing & brushing my teeth, smeared my face with olive oil, the next minute I was preparing myself a magic gluten free sandwich with a full sized tomato, mashed dahl & potato with himalaya salt. My heart humming in gratitude, giving glory to God for the gift of love. I had 4cups of rooibos tea with stevia sweetener, one after the other. (Didn’t feel like drinking water but hoped to drink it later)

Quietly began to tidy up the kitchen, packed some dishes and soaked the towels in jik and surf.

Back to bed, going through my assignment and doing some research on the quality management topic.

‘This love’ has shown me the wonderful gift of time that I possess which I must always be grateful for.

Thank you God for the gift of time.

No matter how much life throws my way, love keeps showing me its beauty.

Sweat at its Purest

A machine that turns sweat into drinking water

Indo-Asian News Service, July 23, 2013

Drinking another person’s sweat may sound obnoxious, but a machine that takes sweat-laden clothes and turns the moisture into drinking water has been launched in Sweden. The device spins and heats the material to remove the sweat and then passes the vapour through a special membrane designed to only let water molecules get through, BBC reported.

Since its launch, its creators said more than 1,000 people have “drunk other’s sweat” in Gothenburg city. The experts said the liquid was “cleaner” than local tap water.

The device was built for the Unicef to promote a campaign highlighting the fact that 780 million people in the world lack access to clean water.

Journey Of my Soul-22 July-an update for your soul

This morning I felt like saying thank you to Jesus for what he did

It suddenly dawned on me how difficult it is to be human and godly at the same time

I am also saying thank you to all the other sons and daughters who have done the same and those who try everyday to remain in the vortex by focussing on being aligned with the Source(God)

Excuse my ‘fluish’ husky voice today

The more you are yourself, the more you’ll be capable of helping everyone else, also choose to be themselves. You will accelerate greatly when you’re not weighed down by things that have nothing to do with you. Choose Joy, Love & Excitement for your life. There is nothing in creation that contradicts the choices you make…..(Bashar)

21July 8h00
The Kingdom of Heaven is within, tune into that vibrational place inside. Focus on being aligned with the Source(God), just like Jesus did….(Jesus, Buddha, Hicks, ChingHai, & many more)

The purpose of a relationship is to reflect what you need to understand to become more of yourself……Bashar

22July 6h30 – response

It is easy only if you believe that you have been created in the image of God, then can you begin to understand the question of loving others, serving others, and caring for others.  Remember that the image of God is not only similar to the image we are trying to create for ourselves but the one God created. In essence if you see an “ugly” person, he/she is also created in the image of God, and not what society prescribed to be beautiful or ugly, and also not what is endorsed by a celebrity.

your second point refer to Christian spirituality which is the intrinsic image of God in each human being which results in the capacity and hunger for God the way we are shaped by our understanding of God’s love and justice revealed in Jesus Christ, and how we experience life and live in response to the Holy Spirit in the context of our relationship with people, society and the natural world.

Amajika the idea

Amajika Youth and Children Performing Arts is an effort to give life to the hopes, dreams and aspirations to the previously disadvantaged young people and to bring about transformation in South Africa. Amajika was founded by the Durban based Nokwe family in 1976 who saw the need to boost the self-esteem of young people and counteract the mental and emotional abuse that was endemic to the apartheid system. Amajika started from a grassroots level with no resources or funding, but with a commitment to enhancing education and improving student’s self-esteem through the performing arts.

Amajika Youth and Children Arts Project focuses on Self Development, using the performing arts and self management methods. Their vision is to invoke a culture of responsibility and self-reliance. They are guided by a holistic curriculum; ‘LAW’- Leadership in the Arts World’; based on the Circle of Life Philosophy which teaches youth how to live a balanced life and be prosperous whilst advancing sustainable development in the Arts. In their 30 years of existence, Amajika have established 28 branches throughout South Africa.
